Our beautiful, mature and manicured gardens
Set out in the late 1980s, the gardens which surround the Model Town have over the years given much pleasure to visitors.
Our gardens are our pride and joy and they are lovingly attended by a dedicated teams of volunteers all year round. Including herbaceious borders, a vegetable garden, rockery, miniature river system, shrubs and trees, they are tended by an enthusiastic group of volunteers. The Sensory Garden area includes grasses, wind and water features and a seasonally fragrant and colourful border. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the view.
Our voluntary gardeners have two teams, operating on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
